Any scheduled maintenance considered to have a potential impact on performance or availability for any part of the service will be announced through the News area of Forsta Plus according to Scheduled Maintenance or Urgent Maintenance routines. For maintenance that would potentially affect respondents' ability to participate in web-based surveys, announcements will be sent in advance to all registered users in Forsta Plus. Major upgrades are usually announced weeks in advance and are sent to all registered customers as part of official newsletters.
