Getting Started with Simplified Text Analytics

Introduction

The Simplified Text Analytics is designed to streamline the process of analyzing text data.  It is accessible on the HX platform through SmartHub; the tool guides you through a three-step wizard that includes selecting data, applying a model, and visualizing the report.

The final output is a Studio report with multiple widgets, providing a comprehensive view of the analyzed data.

This guide provides a walkthrough for how to use the Simplified Text Analytics tool on the HX Platform.

Accessing Simplified Text Analytics

You can access the Simplified Text Analytics tool from SmartHub in the HX Platform.

1. Navigate and login to the HX Platform.
2. Click the SmartHub button.
3. Click the name of the Hub you want to use from the Hub list.
4. Click the Reports icon in the sidebar.
5. Click the Create Text Analytics Report button at the top-right of the page.

Note: To ensure the Create Text Analytics Report button is available, you must be logged into the company associated with the selected Hub. If there is a mismatch between the company and the Hub, you will not be able to access this feature.

Visualization

1. Type a name for the report in the “Report Name” field.
2. Click on the page that aligns with the content want to include in your report. You can preview each page by clicking its corresponding icon.
3. Click the next step button.
