Overview of the Account Overview Page
The Account Overview page in Forsta Plus provides a centralized dashboard for administrators to monitor usage, view user access and view licensing details. It includes essential metrics such as account renewal, data storage, user roles, and activated product modules.
Access Information
To access the Account Overview page
- Go to the Forsta Plus homepage.
- Select the Account Overview tile.
Page Sections
Summary
This panel provides a summary of key account details, including the account renewal date and current data storage usage. Limits are displayed where applicable to help track usage against thresholds.
Professional Users
This section lists all currently active Professional User accounts. It displays their applied permissions, group memberships, roles, and expiration dates.
- Sort the list by clicking any column header.
- Click the filter icon to access additional filtering options.
- Export data to excel using the icon in the top-right.
Standard Users
This section lists active Standard User accounts and their expiration dates.
- Sort the list by clicking any column header.
- Click the filter icon to access additional filtering options.
- Export data to excel using the icon in the top-right.
Translator Users
This section lists active Translator User accounts and their expiration dates.
- Sort the list by clicking any column header.
- Click the filter icon to access additional filtering options.
- Export data to excel using the icon in the top-right.
Reporting Licenses
This panel displays the number of allocated reporting licenses versus the total number available.
- Sort the list by clicking any column header.
- Click the filter icon to access additional filtering options.
- Export data to excel using the icon in the top-right.
Note: RVA figures do not include users of Studio or Active Dashboards.
Multimode Licenses
This section shows license details for CAPI and CATI tools:
CAPI: Limited by the number of concurrently activated devices
CATI: Limited by the number of concurrently logged-in interviewers
CATI Bursting: Indicates the number of additional licenses currently in use

Activated Add-ons
This panel displays all currently enabled add-on modules associated with your account.

Activated Flex Extensions
This panel displays all currently enabled Flex Extensions. Expand each title for additional detail about its function and usage.
End Users Tab
Usage Statistics
Displays utilization of view, analyst, design, and analytics access licenses.
Studio End Users
This table lists individual Studio users by User ID, name, associated list, login activity, and number of generated reports. Use this section to monitor platform engagement by project or user group.

Active End Users
This section provides a month-by-month breakdown of active end users, grouped by participant lists. It helps track engagement trends across different time periods.
